Our mission, to encourage high performance boat skills and ensure athletes are given the best equipment and practices to be successful in their development as elite athletes.
Lead by Head Coach Craig Hoffman and Associate Head Coach Lyons Bradley, we are accepting applications to fill 12-14 spots, both men and women. The program start date is June 11 and will conclude after Canadian Henley. The group will compete at U23 trials July 7-10, US Rowing Club Nationals July 9-14 (Ohio), Canadian Henley August 6-11, with the option to race at IDR June 28-30. If an athlete or boat wins U23 trials, all expenses will be paid to represent the USA at World Championships in Sarasota, Florida.
In order to be part of CRC's u-23 program all athletes must pay the full program fee. Program fee includes all entries, hotels, uniform, and day-to-day operations of the program. If needed, part-time jobs and internship assistance available. Athletes must fill out an application for review to be accepted.
