U-23 Summer Rowing Program

The u-23 program will fall under the oversight of CRC Program Director Jon Stephanik and u-23 coach Chris Lambert, former National Team athlete and Varsity Boys coach at Conestoga High School. The program’s goal is to field a team that provides the greatest number medals. The program will focus on sculling and small boat events and teaching fundamentals of the stroke. Training will be focused on performing well on race day and will be accepting athletes at every skill level, men and women. Program size will be capped at 10-16 athletes. 

Below are a list of events the program will be attending to accomplish this goal.

·         Independence Day Regatta June 29 - July 1 (Philadelphia, PA)

·         Under 23 World Championship Trials July 5 - 8 (West Windsor, NJ)

·         USRowing Club Nationals July 11 - 15 (Camden, NJ)

·         Canadian Henley Regatta – August 7 - 12 (St. Catherines Ontario)

In order to be part of CRC's u-23 program all athletes must pay the full program fee. Practice will run from 9-noon Monday through Friday with afternoon sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30. Program fee includes all entries, hotels, uniform, and day-to-day operations of the program.  We hope this interests you to join the fun.
