Coaching at CRC

The Conshohocken Rowing Center takes great pride in following the best practices and procedures when hiring qualified candidates to work with our athletes. We require background checks and clearances for our employees to assure that all of our coaching staff meets the highest standards.

Below are links for an employment application, CRC’s Reporting Policies and procedures, and an application addendum based on Act 168.

Please review all three documents before submitting an application.

Also, because CRC is a US Rowing organizational member all employees, athletes, and members over the age of 18 must have their Safe Sport certification. click for details on US Rowing Safe Sport Certification.

Email your application and addendum to rowingcrc@gmail.com. Before being hired the Executive Director or Associate Director will go over the CRC Mandated Reporting Policy with you and have you sign it acknowledging your acceptance.
